Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a perfume has been opened or used. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery by providing proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue. All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned in the same condition as received. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.
